Special mention to the owner, Sam who is 10/10. His customer service is genuinely next level, and what stood out most was his relentless commitment to making sure I got the best value for the work carried out. He took the time to walk me through what needed doing (and what didn’t), answered every question patiently, and made sure the outcome was right and not rushed, not vague, just properly looked after. In my opinion, Factory LDN are the best car garage and mechanics in West London. If you want quality work, a great price, and people who care about doing things properly, this is the place. The Factory team took care of matters from start to finish. My car went in for a service and I was very happy with the work. I was kept informed about the vehicle health. A very important part of the job for me was the collection and drop off, which many garages do not offer. They worked around me as I had work meetings. Customer service was outstanding all round.
